Sorawi Tools is free to use for any purpose, without requiring an account or registration. You keep ownership of the files you process — and because processing happens on your device, you also maintain complete custody of them. Sorawi ERP, CRM, and Home will be offered under their own terms when they launch, but the same privacy-first principles will apply. By using any Sorawi product, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. These terms create a legally binding agreement between you and Sorawi Tech.

Products move through a public roadmap and may change, be renamed, or be retired. We'll do our best to keep the roadmap current, but what's on it today isn't a contract for what ships tomorrow. We encourage users to follow our public roadmap for the latest updates on product development, feature releases, and timeline adjustments. Roadmap items represent our current plans, not guarantees of specific features or release dates.

All Sorawi products are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sorawi Tech is not liable for any damages arising from use of our products or website. You're responsible for your own data and decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. We disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Currently, Sorawi Tools does not require account creation. When future products launch, users may need to create accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information to maintain its accuracy. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree not to use Sorawi products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service. All content, features, and functionality of Sorawi products are owned by Sorawi Tech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload while using our services, but you grant us a limited license to process it as necessary to provide the service.

Our products may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Sorawi Tech. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
